BMO Bank N.A Branches

Hey BMO customers! Did you know that all BMO employees are notaries? Free of charge to customers also. I love this branch in particular. The staff is so friendly and extremely willing to help in all situations. Stop in for some face to face customer service...so rare nowadays.

I used to have an account with BMO years ago but left due to terrible service and other issues. Was not pleased. Years later I come to open CD and ended up moving all of my business back to BMO. Idk if they got better management or staff, but EXCELLENT service, staff, and main banker is so kind and helpful. Gave so much information and was extremely kind. Thankful I gave them a second chance

1st and last time I will do business with this company. Took my business to the local credit union. Poor customer service, providing wrong information, blames everything on delayed updates in the system, no effort to get answers that require a little work so they brush you off to the "customer service" 888#. Which turns out to be a nightmare, was hung up on multiple times, had to ask for a supervisor to get the right answers and was never able to speak to a supervisor 🤔 don't waste your time with this company, customer service is not a priority!

Great service at this location. Always fast and helpful. I only wish their other locations were just as good. Thanks to Samantha and her team for consistent great service!
