Thank you Roscio for saving the day once again! She has always been a hard worker for YEARS! She has never once misled or failed me. She’s very quick with what she does as well. I needed a lien release and she got it in less than 1 hour and got back to me right away when the process usually takes a few business days! I can’t thank you enough! It’s always refreshing when you answer the phone! Very intelligent and informative all the way around! If you need the job done please request her! She needs a raise!

Why aren't all the ATM'S the same at all locations? Some let you take out your money in multiples of $5.00. Others $20.00. If it's our money. Than they should ALL be at all locations in multiples of $5.00. Makes no sense!

I went into the bank yesterday December 30th 2024 to get a new debit card and the lady who helped me withdraw money from my account had called me a sir. Again I was born a female at birth, I didn’t know she said this but my husband overheard her and told me in front of the ladies face. She didn’t say anything and I didn’t respond since I never heard her say it personally. Please tell these ladies that work at these banks to learn manners and that if they want to bully people they shouldn’t be working at banks.

Went in this location recently, I usually go to the one on midland but since I was in the area I came to this one. I needed to do a cash advance and the little elderly teller told me “we stopped doing that” I then informed her I just did one about a month ago and she said “oh yeah we stopped doing them a couple weeks ago” bless her little heart, she was really trying very hard to get out of doing her job. I knew she was a liar but I didn’t feel like calling her out so I left. I then went to midland and they did it no problem. I then called this location back and informed the manager what happened. He clearly did not care didn’t even ask me which teller it was or anything was just in a rush to get off the phone. Listen, if your employees don’t know how to do something, teach them. If they k

Last Saturday the teller at Joliet location post same transaction three times and widhrew extra 16k suppose to be 8k. Now uneducated people at corporate office dont know what happen. This is the worst bank to open account. I told many people close the account if you have at BMO. No wonder they closed many branches. Majority branch managers are uneducated. They dont know what they are doing. And i will also post in new paper and all social media.
