I have been a resident at BluWater apartment Luxury apartment homes for the past seven years now and it truly feels like home. The grounds are always well kept, and the flowers are simply amazing to look at every day! Where I have my patio, I can see the sunrise and sunset and it is the most impeccable view. Upon going into the main office, you are always greeted with a smile and everyone is courteous and All know you on a first name basis! The property manager Maria is the most professional and amazing person I have ever met in this industry and she always accommodates at the highest level possible. Moved here a few months ago, Angelina in the front office helped make my move so smooth and painless! She’s been so friendly and helpful with everything BluWater apartments. The apartment and amenities are so clean maintained so well. By far the best apartment complex management staff I’ve ever seen they care so greatly for all of the community.

Such friendly staff (Maria, Angelina, Jamesha, as well as the all-star maintenance crew!), great location (within walking distance of the beach, Publix, and numerous parks and restaurants), lovely amenities (pool w/ grills, gym, package room with pool table), frequent events to get to know your neighbors, and my 1br/1bath had plenty of storage space and nice fixtures and appliances. The only maintenance issues I had were a faulty A/C (fixed same-day) and garbage disposal (replaced same-day). It is Jacksonville Beach, so I recommend investing in a Brita, as the tap water was too sulfuric for me to drink unfiltered. The only other (paltry) downsides I'd point out were the mandatory monthly fees for risk management (which protects the place but not your property; you still need renter's insu

We just moved into the Townhomes and they are so clean and well laid out. The ladies in the leasing office not only were the selling point in our decision to choose Bluewater. But they also made the whole process so seamless and easy. We may never leave.
