Bluewater Real Estate Sales - Emerald Isle NC

I rented winter rentals from Bluewater for several years. The last two rental properties were infested with roaches. Bluewater’s response has been lackluster. Currently, they’re offering me lesser properties for an alternative option and told me to find something else with other realtors in the area. Don’t rent from Bluewater. And don’t rent the Sand Castle Cottage.

We loved our rental. Check-in was a little tricky but overall a good experience and we would definitely use them again to book another vacation. Quick and kind response from maintenance guy who helped with key code at check-in.

Spent Christmas week at Emerald Isle NC renting through Blue Water (pet friendly - stay free locations). Great location and great communication with Blue Water. Will definitely use them again.
