Blueberry Hill Apartments

I came in looking for a 1 bedroom today and was warmly greeted by the Property Manager Arin. He was so nice and professional when I asked him a million questions he did not get upset, lol. He walked the grounds with me to show me all the amenities without me even asking him to do so. We conversed about the area and he made me feel right at home as if I had known him for years. He made me feel so comfortable, he also told me that unfortunately he would be leaving soon because he was transferring to a different property. So since I work from home, it looks like I’m going wherever Arin goes 😂🤣 In all honesty, he was great. Thank you Arin for today.

Worst apartment complex ever! Car was stolen while I was sleeping at night, they say they would put cameras up, they never did. They forced a eviction on me by not accepting my rent payment, had to go to court and spend 4,000$ just so I wouldn’t have a eviction on my record and they served the eviction right when my lease was up so I was forced to resign my lease because I had to pay 4,000$ to avoid eviction. Trash can area is always dirty and filled up with trash. At night my daughter is scared to come outside due to low lighting outside but if you look at blueberry 2 they have bright lights all throughout the parking lot.

Arin is the new manager at Blueberry Hill. He has been extremely helpful with me and my new apartment since moving in. Many of the units are newly renovated like mine with new appliances and carpet. The price is quite reasonable in today's times. Check it out.

The place is AMAZING ! It took me less than a month to move in and i love it . There is a ton load of room in the place i stay in and it is very peaceful. The employees are so friendly and nice and very patient with you. They are always willing to help no matter what. The neighbors are very very nice and it’s very quiet. Overall i’m blessed and I give it a 10 out of 10 !

There are pros and cons everywhere when looking for a place to stay. When I came to live here at Blueberry Hill, the move in process was swift and the things that needed to be attended to was taken care of right away. The manager and his team is very adamant about making your stay here comfortable
