Tammy was so helpful. We had a late issue and I didn't think anyone would answer but she did and I'm so grateful, they had someone out to fix the air first thing the next morning.

I rented from them. I tried to be a good tenant, but i guess I wasn't. I paided my rent on time. There were issues with the house and I would say something to 1 of the workers it was always said can't do anything while you live in. So I never said much after that. I lost my deposit ,cause I didn't do the noice of moving out. I knew that from the minute I said I was moving I wasn't getting it back. So I believe with all the issues there were and there was more than 1 issue. The deposit should pay for some of the problems. Been burned twice now from 2 different landlords. I will just sign my next deposit over so I won't expect to get anything back. Good luck to you and your business. I am sorry for not being a good tenant. Don't rent from them they deny rent or back rent when house was told would be metro approved and had 22 fails after we first live in after they was fixing it. They are slum Lord. If they don't get their way 100% they will refuse payments and evict you. If you do rent when I suggest not to make sure everything is in writing nothing verbal and have a copy don't leave without it. They lose paperwork that u already gave to them. The house we in supposed be new electrical but half lights in house flicker like strobe and a bunch chipping pain and lights due water damage about to fall off. Window about second bathroom nothing holding up but rod. They fixed some of 22 things but not all. They cover all the bad stuff make sound like everything great. The apartment I have been living in for 9 years was recently sold to Blue Summit. I had some concerns with how repaairs would be handled. I have to say I was very impressed and pleased with a recent water heater issue. The person (I think was Ashley) who answered my VM contacted me almost immediately and sent the supervisor (I believe Caleb) to assess the problem. Josh the person to replace the water heater arrived the next morning, he was very professional and did a great job. Although the situation was not convenient all staff were extremely prompt and personable and helped to make the situation less troublesome. Thanks to all for a quick resolve!

Well I was contacted about a unit available that I was interested in then after requesting a showing going by what the realtor told me they said I don't match their criteria, another waste of time
