Purchased a home in November 2025 from that time until now I have had to file multiple warranty issues. The warranty company is absolutely terrible to work with. They do not respond to emails, calls, portal messages. You have to wait weeks at a time to even get someone scheduled for repairs and then they don't complete the work and you have to wait weeks at a time to get scheduled again - Two of my bathrooms needed repair due to poor workmanship, leaks, etc. BOTH times my bathrooms were left in disarray after I was told the repairs would be completed and took multiple days of me being home all day and then left with unusable tubs / showers for weeks. My husband and I are in the process of buying our home in this Blue Sky community. The sales agent, David, has been wonderful. He explain the different floor plans and cost to us along with mortgage options. Communication has been great through this process. My realtor Tracey C. Disappointing Experience with Century Communities My experience with Century Communities as been extremely frustrating. Despite initial promises, they consistently fall short of delivering on their commitments. Not only have they failed to fulfill their assurances, but they have also raised HOA dues without providing any tangible improvements or services. How can you have a proposed budget for “landscaping other” from $4,000 to actually spent $51,000+ and be unable to tell the homeowners where that extra money went? Communication is lacking, and the overall experience has been disappointing. Future homebuyers, beware of these unfulfilled promises and unexpected financial burdens.
