I had the opportunity to work with there Maintenance department. They have a zero turn around policy. I have never been so impressed and proud of these gentleman! They have gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable and know I can depend on this team. I’m saying they need to teach classes on taking care of your tenants. When I was looking for a new apartment I was calling all the complexes in Brandon and Valrico. Some of the places I called just had horrible customer service I’m talking not answering the phone, not returning calls, or just being plain rude on the phone. I didn’t have that experience when I called blue sky. When I called they were very polite with great customer service and I can’t remember who I spoke to but she answered all the questions I asked. I even called back when I remembered some questions I forgot. She was informative and patient with me. Thank you so much!
