It's a nice place if things wouldn't get half done all the time and was 100% cared about. Rent is kinda high for the issues with the place. I had a really bad bug problem to the point it was basically no way of the roaches and ants leaving. (The roaches come from the trees outside as well) Coming out of sockets , on the corner of my ceilings, fans exposing electrical wiring , back porch is really damaged . Was told to buy a fake grass rug if I don't want my children getting splinters or cuts from the wood. My carpet wasn't done properly it was up from the floor I could see the wood under. My door stoppers weren't even placed on the wall properly fell off as soon as the door touched it.. Pest control ,lol. Barely got notified of it and was supposed to have twice a month to due how bad it

Property is nice and super convenient to my job. New Management is great and very responsive. Would definatley recommend.

Nice place but they will not tend to the pest control properly. Been having issues for several months. They stopped responding to my email about it as well.
