He made sure to explain what had gone wrong and what he was doing to fix it. He laid out a smart plan to ensure that any part we might need was available before taking it apart. Thankfully, my machine was simply eating socks, and he was able to fix it up in no time.

They answer even the silliest questions and are always helpful. My manager helped me from the very beginning, when I was just preparing to rent, even helping me connect the internet because I was having trouble due to language barriers. My manager even helps me with submitting maintenance requests. They have the best customer service, they are always friendly, always ready to help and answer any questions.
