moving in was such an easy and smooth transition, all thanks to mahi. she truly went above and beyond to make sure i chose the floor plan that worked best for me i literally spent three hours touring different units, and she never rushed the process. the community events here are amazing, and i’ve made so many friends since moving in. my absolute favorite thing is how quiet the apartments are you genuinely cannot hear the outside world, which is so hard to find in orange county. moving into blu laguna niguel has honestly been one of my favorite decisions ever.

Mahi & Will are the best! They will help you any which way possible. Question? They’ve got the answer. Problem? They have a solution. They got me into my dream apartment with speed and ease, loving living here so far.

We’ve been living at Blu for over three years and have had a great experience, especially with the staff. Mahi and Will have always been so helpful with anything related to our lease and are incredibly friendly and welcoming! I also want to shout out the maintenance team, especially Eric, who has been amazing and always goes above and beyond to help fix anything in our unit. Everyone is so positive, we truly appreciate the staff for always checking in when we see them and taking our concerns seriously. We love Blu and are very happy we chose this place to call home.

I love these apartments! Mahi helped me find the perfect apartment that fit all my needs. Will is amazing, he knows everyone’s name! All the staff is exceptional, it feels like family here all the way from the leasing office to maintenance and cleaning staff. There is always something going on here, food trucks, parties etc. I love living here!

I entered room on Aug 11th.Highly recommend this apartment! The environment here is beautifully maintained, and incredibly peaceful. The building feels secure and modern, with lovely common areas. What truly made our stay special, however, was Mahi.Her service was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, answered all our questions promptly. Mahi's dedication and kindness enhanced our experience.
