Bloomsburg Schoolhouse Apartments

I enjoyed living here before the renovations - holy wood paneling, Batman! Joan was managing the property at the time (5y ago now) and she was really nice. The hallways do feel a little old and creepy, but I never felt unsafe. My apartment was cute and affordable for a student. I had sewage come up my sink the first week I lived there, and maintenance paid for my hotel while they fixed it.

Do NOT rent here unless you enjoy an apartment coated in mold and halls that consistently smell like animal urine and feces. Staff lacks empathy. Multiple suicide attempts in the building yet staff got angered by the struggling residents instead of helping. Leaves residents homeless in the middle of winter despite always paying rent on time and not having any other issues. It’s cheap for a reason, and that’s because they DO NOT care about your well being, only money going into the complex.

BEWARE!!! DIDN'T PARK THERE BY ACCIDENT!! Moved my daughter into an apartment nearby. Thought we were in the parking lot for her new apartment. Parked there for not even 2 hours, they booted our car and made us pay$150.00. threatened to charge us with trespassing if we didn't pay. I can't even believe this.

Great location, it's like a 30 second walk to Main Street. It's really affordable too and they do one semester leases. Both times i called the maintenance guy he was there in like an hour and fixed everything quickly. There's also a washer and dryer in the building

Nice Bay Style window with the crankshaft......Natural Light keeps my spirits up! That place look haunted tho for real!
