Blooming Property Management

We have been using Blooming for years. They have been a reliable partner, especially during a period where our family had to undergo an extensive renovation due to mold. Robert was always available to take my calls and answer my texts. Thank you to Michael, Robert, and the rest of the team for a great relationship.

Over the past two years since we started working with Blooming, they have proven to be a very professional and responsive property management company for our community. Michael Kirkland has put together a quality staff of experienced individuals who take their jobs seriously. Emily, our property manager is particularly good in following up with issues and clearly communicating with HOA Board members. She promptly addresses our enquires and handles sensitive homeowner complaints courteously and professionally, while always adhering to HOA guidelines and CC&R's. The support from the entire Blooming team makes our job as HOA Board Members much more effective and far less stressful.

Our HOA uses Blooming Property Management to help manage our place in Park City. Emily has been our property manager over the past year or so and has been great. She is very helpful, available, and always ready to assist our HOA with whatever is needed. Having Emily in that role has helped to provide continuity and consistency to our HOA in helping to manage the property, which we have not had in the past so we are glad to have her in that role. Another problem with billing. They have charged me interest for a delinquent payment when it is not due until the 31st of December. I tried calling but was not able to leave a message. Sent an email to Emily and she forwarded it to Tom. Has not been removed from my account. Called Tom and left a voicemail. I guess this is a wait and see if it is going to be corrected. Emily has taken care of the problem. Thank goodness that they finally seem to have somone who knows how to do the job.

I have had a close working relationship with Blooming for many years as they have managed two properties for me. Blooming and their staff always assist in a helpful manner making our time in Park City special. One big benefit of working with Blooming is their incredible relationships with technicians and vendors who can help with repairs and improvements even during peak vacation stays and holidays. Blooming is well run with polite professionals who respond immediately to any requests or needs I may have and don't stop until an issue is completely solved to my satisfaction.
