We have lived here for almost a decade now. Never had any issues or complaints. Although a gym fitness area or a pool would be nice but overall calm area to live in.

New Nicaraguan saida after pos Ulma left so manager never answered just like the other manager. They are strict on rent and late fees but won’t take care of the property. Normally no one ever answers the phone during regular business answering. WORST place anyone can move to.

I like it here its my first year...it's quiet, and when I needed something to be fixed they did get right on it and my dog is happy not a bad move in my opinion
