I'Il let the pictures of my bathroom and laundry transitions speak for themselves. I listed the lack of craftsmanship on my initial walk-through and it’s been almost 2 years. They came to "fix" them and the guy just looked at them and shrugged his shoulders and said there's nothing he can do, so l guess I'm just stuck looking at them like that for the rest of my life. A third grader could've done a better job, in my opinion. Shout out to Justin the salesman in Bayberry South in Middletown though. That guy is an absolute rockstar.

In the sales office for Bayberry South, Carmen and Sandra were extremely helpful in making our decision to purchase in Bayberry South. Their genuine care and support through out the purchasing process made it an extremely easy and enjoyable process. The builder did a good job. The house was not as clean as you would expect a new build. Small items needed to be adjusted around the house, and the builder did send someone to address. We are still waiting for one issue to be fixed. One issue has been left for 10 weeks. We are currently waiting for that one last repair.

What a wonderful experience with Blenheim! My first encounter was with Carmen and she was amazing. Her patience, honesty and eye for details supported me throughout the process. From the first look at the model homes to the building of our customized home, Carmen and her team were actively present. The Blenheim contractors were extremely professional during walkthroughs and meticulous when it came to repairs. We received follow-up communications to ensure jobs were completed and we were always able to speak with a “human” about any concerns. The community is beautiful and the neighbors are cordial. I love walking the trails and sitting by the lake/pond. I’m so excited to see the expansion of Bayberry especially with the upcoming shopping mall across the way!! It’s the perfect place f

Building this house was unbelievably easier than building the previous 4 new houses we have had. It started with the warm welcome from Tammy Quiroz in the sales office, and everyone with whom we have had contact from Blenheim has been great. Problems (which have been minor) are fixed immediately by pleasant and competent workers. We are very happy we chose Parks Edge at Bayberry for our retirement years.

We purchased our home seven years ago (Ponds at Bayberry) The whole experience from the sales team to the delivery and customer care afterwards was great. After having my own general contracting company for several years and can appreciate the quality of the materials and construction. From my personal experience I can tell that Blenheim cares about their customers and take pride on what they do.
