I've enjoyed renting through Blanks Properties. This is actually my 2nd time with them. They always answer in a timely manner when an emergency arises and quick to let you know if any work will be done around the outside of the property. All of their properties are kept neat and safe. Ryan is an honest person who always puts her tenants and client's first. She's quick to respond to any calls or messages, no matter the time of day or night. She has been this way for over 20 year's!

We enjoy renting from blanks! We are low maintenance and love being able to only hear from the rental company when we call them. As far as the 1 star review I'm seeing goes, Ryan is actually a very good woman who keeps to her word. I don't know why someone would ever think any different. As soon as I have any issue with the place, I give her a call and she sends someone right out. Everyone who works with the company is very sweet. I'm happy we found them when we did .There is an abundance of slum lords in Lynchburg, but Blanks properties are FAR from that category .

I have had the most pleasant experience renting with Blanks Properties, Ryan is a great landlord and is available when you need her. I definitely will tell others of my experience and will advise family and friends that are seeking a great place to rent from!😊

was SO excited today to look at a 2d floor apartment in a house because it was 2 bedrooms, very clean and well maintained and affordable to me! Wow - close to work and easy access also. Then, because I took the application home so I could finish a few more things I needed to do, I was sitting at the table at home getting ready to fill out the application and return it before 5 pm closing time when I received a call from Ryan, the property representative and she told me she was giving it to another person because they filled their application out first!!!!! I have never heard of such a negotiation - but I guess when Blanks Properties' representative feels she can get rid of something quickly, she goes ahead and does it, regardless of breaking her word and not fulfilling her side of the v
