Blackwood Falls Apartments

I’ve held off on writing this review for almost two years, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. These apartments are, unfortunately, one of the worst places I’ve lived, especially for young women or families with children. I moved in at 23 years old and was stalked and harassed by another tenant who I later found out had a criminal record. I reported this to the office, but nothing was done to address the situation or ensure my safety. There is ongoing drug activity and a constant flow of sketchy individuals hanging around the buildings, showing up, particularly during the summer. Summer is by far the worst time to live here. Many residents seem to treat the complex like a party spot, with loud gatherings, cooking food, and being disruptive in the middle of weekdays. Drinkin

I was greeted with a huge smile by Jessica Robles to view the 2 bedroom apartment I am very interested in! She was super sweet and thorough throughout the whole experience! Highly recommended

It’s ashame because Vanessa is amazing, she really tries hard and Justin was great too but they let him go probably because they didn’t want to pay him anymore. The ownership is terrible, you don’t know who owns it or who is in charge. They have issues with roaches, electric and plumbing. The owners seem to cheap to pay for quality services, they just do the bare minimum.

Staff is very helpful and kind. Process was easy with their help. Constantly kept in contact and gave me peace of mind in acquiring my new home

I really liked the apartment complex as well as the apartment I saw. The woman that gave me the tour was polite,courteous and answered all my questions.
