I'm only giving one star because you have to for posting a review. We were in contract with a home, bought from under us knowing it was in contingency. Then is turning around and selling the home for 20k more than we were purchasing it for. He's out to rip people off. Don't trust them. I don't know how people like them sleep at night.

I am a single dad of an 8 year old little girl I have lived in this home for 7 and a 1/2 years I have never paid my rent late and this man sold my house out from under me and threw me and my child out with nowhere to go and would not even give me an extra day or 2 ,even after he filed eviction on me he still took my rent check for the next month .He will not return calls and their answer machine is always full so you can't even leave a message, even hand written letters in their Drop box never get responded .I don't know how this man sleeps at night but I would suggest you stay very, very far away I'm trying to figure out where to get money and so I can get an attorney at the same time finding a home for my daughter and I so please people do not use this company I beg you .God Bless you.

Bought my home right under me faudulently. Im discusted with the court system and how it all went down. Suggest you never trust this company.

No problems for the 10 years in dealing with Blackwell R.. Staff is very helpful
