Rachael has wonderful customer service. Sometimes it’s hard to reach her because she is walking the apartments but she always answers the phone. Junior is on top of any maintenance issues that comes up. Wonderful staff here that really care!

JR was great. It took him 10 minutes to fix my problem and he asked if he could put me on pest control list which is so helpful.. thanks for the fast work mr jr.

I am so happy we have new management Crystal is a breath of fresh air. She is so helpful and very attentive anytime I call the office. I recommend Kings Landing if you are looking for new apartment. The upgrades are so nice.

Since the new property managers and Owners took over this property, it’s a night and day difference. Very clean property and you can tell the Property Managers really care about the residents. The new interior remodels are great and the property looks amazing.
