I have no complaints about the office. But neighbors that live here were are okay with drugging my toddler and me 5+ times with toxic fumes by smoking so much it filled our apt. No one wants to live near people that endangered their toddler's life repeatedly. (Who have also been verbally abusive.) No one wants to stay in an apt with 3rd hand smoke in the carpet that can cause cancer. Which can't be washed out of the carpet. No one wants third hand smoke leaking from walls onto window ledges in pools of orange scum. Which is really hard to wash off walls and impossible to wash off popcorn ceilings. "No one" being non smokers and/or people that want to be healthy. We will receive nothing for all the cleaning supplies we had to use, nothing for all our toddler's things we hand to thro

Moved in July 2023 and moved out June 2025. Straight away we had issues with front door. It had obviously been forcefully opened in the past. When the light was on you could see the lock from the outside, there was a huge gap. My wife complained and the maintenance manager was rude to her. She told me she had ordered a part to fix the issues with the front door. The maintenance manager left a few months later and we found out that she had lied about the order, she never made the order. The day after Christmas 2023 we found mold under my son's bed. A bunch of his new toys had to be thrown away. Imagine doing that, the day after Christmas. Maintenance did nothing but told us we should open the windows to let air flow through, it was winter and twenty degrees outside. We bought dehumidifiers

Apartment complex forces you to link your bank account to a third-party service for income verification. Complex also failed to provide full breakdown of how they processed that. The company in question uses “ai” which we all know is a glorified algorithm. Washington state law requires that landlord’s provide in writing all screening requirements. This complex should be aware that violation of these rules could result in fines in excess of $5000 per instance

Update- still here now in year 4. Still loving the staff, the cleanliness and the beauty of the grounds. It is great to see landlords who put money back into the place. love this place. It is surprisingly quiet, clean and safe. As a single woman I appreciate these things. You can’t beat the location either. Everything in greater Olympia is within an easy drive! I am looking forward to getting the fire going in my fireplace soon!

We have lived in these apartments for over 6 months now and we love it here. Maintenance responds to issues quickly and efficiently, there is security that can be called if there are safety problems. We almost never hear the traffic on the highway. There are two pools and a hot tub on site that we love to frequent, as well as a small playground for the kiddos.
