I spoke with a male representative over the phone regarding available square footage. During the conversation, his tone felt dismissive and impatient, and the communication lacked clarity. When I raised a reasonable question about signage that appeared inconsistent with what was being stated, the response did not feel attentive or customer-focused. Overall, the interaction came across as rushed and unhelpful, which made it difficult to move forward confidently as a potential client. Not to mention, he ended the call by hanging up on me.

Diane is a real problem and harassed me constantly about my property listing that was cancelled. Then when I confronted her she viciously attacked me on the phone...not a professional AT ALL..!!!!
