Birke Minnetonka Apartments

Had a tour here last week with Maggie Tronvold and had a very pleasant experience. It's a nice place in a great area, and has lots of modern amenities like a sauna and outdoor hot tub! This looks like it would be a great place to live!

I took a tour of The Birke and I was very impressed by not only the facilities but the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The apartments are modern and the building has all the amenities to make your life comfortable.

Tiffany was a nice lady. She worked hard to make sure people were happy and things went smooth in the building.

Update to former review. Tiffany has been a great manager. She brought such a positive energy to the building with her inspiration posts you could feel it. She has opened the pool early in May and kept it open until October! Its so nice to be able to enjoy those warm days in early spring and fall!!! The outdoor hot tub is open year round too. Maria has been a staple here since I moved in she is always helpful and friendly it is really nice to have consistant concierge who know you and say hi! And Heidi is the newest and best addition to the leasing staff! She really cares. Changed my stars from 1. Will update if they go back to previous policy... Be aware of the "policy" to not allow use of the sunny outdoor common area. All similar complexes in the twin cities open their outdoor space

Visiting a friend and was greeted by Maggie in the elevator with complementary drinks. What more does a girl need?! 10/10
