The wife was looking through the Pring Community page for recommendations on home inspectors on our upcoming first home purchase. There were several we picked and called, Bill being amongst the. Bill,s availability and pricing were the most agreeable and we scheduled everything. When we got there on the day of inspection Bill greeted us and we went through the house. He was very thorough. As new home buyers he answered all our questions and showed us where all the important valves, panels, and other pieces of the house that we would need to know. He ended up spending a good 5 hours there. I highly recommend Bill Petty as your home inspector. You wont be disappointed.

Excellent service! Bill was very helpful throughout the entire process of our new home build, inspecting not only the normal times one would expect, but also going above and beyond to check when others don't. This is vital because once they cover up certain parts of a building, you can't see if the covered up parts are installed correctly. He really understands the building process and will take the time to explain to you in detail why a certain aspect of the build is important. In addition he takes good pictures and even has a drone to take pictures of the roof. Another bonus is how he interacts with the builder. If you choose to have him in the loop with the builder (which I would recommend) he does a good job of explaining what needs to be fixed. Overall working with Bill was a great
