Billings Apartments

This company appears to be posting fake information about their apartments. When I called to ask for a showing, they refused unless I fill out an application (which includes ID information, work history, and other confidential info) beforehand. Otherwise, they will only send me a "current" walkthrough video (uploaded to YouTube six years ago, so not current or representative of the current condition of the property). It's very sketchy to me that they won't show the property to prospective tenants, in keeping with standard practice. What is worse, however, is that both the walkthrough video and photos posted in various places for their heights property are clearly not of that building. My husband and I were here the last two years and greatly enjoyed our time here. The apartments are very well kept and maintained, and the cost for the apartments is exceptional! Part of the reason why they are able to keep prices so affordable is because they maintain high expectations about how tenants use the apartments, including a very thorough cleaning list leaving very little room for any oversight. The maintenance puts his heart into the upkeep, making sure things are in working order and well-kept, and was very willing to answer any questions we had concerning maintenance and upkeep. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone in the Billings area!

We do the cleaning on these apartments and they are always ready for us and are well taken care off. I think it's a good apartment complex if you are looking.

I stayed at Billings Apartments on June 21 and June 28. I was very happy with the apartment which I was able to get at short notice. It was well-appointed with everything that I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Parked to visit a friend and was harassed with this sticker. It was my first time there and was only there for an hour max. Next time they touch my car I will make sure they remove the stickers themselves. There are no signs up in the area saying you need any kind of guest pass or no parking signs. I edited this to show that putting a sticker on a vehicle is illegal without consent.
