I encountered serious unprofessionalism, characterized by what I believe to be dishonest statements and an unwillingness to furnish necessary documentation. I also have significant concerns regarding potentially exploitative practices targeting vulnerable populations, specifically the elderly and mentally disabled. Based on these observations and a number of questionable business practices, I would strongly advise against engaging with this organization.

Gina is a lending star. She is professional, knowledgeable, and her staff are quick and responsive. As a first time home buyer she took the time to explain the whole process to me.
