They have rules but do not enforce them. People living in garages as you enter the tract, operating business out of garages, and numerous yards are in disrepair. Garage sales? We trash or donate. Used to be much nicer years ago. Always a voicemail, emails are not always responded to, and if so, it takes a long time to get the typical flippant response. Everything is a neighbor to neighbor problem. Dues have increased exponentially due to mismanagement. Cameras at the pool, especially where people layout and also near the showers, are creepy. Waiting for the housing market to pickup and MOVE.

Horrible… I have emailed them and called several times. I have termites outside on my roof and they don’t do shit to help me…. I have other stuff going on in my life that takes a lot of my time and my energy and I definitely cannot keep reaching out and telling people how to do their job ….I’m about ready to take legal action. I do not recommend this place to manage properties. They have done nothing to help me. I am fed up

I recently sold my house and unfortunately forgot to turn off the auto-pay for the HOA payment. To my dismay, BHE Management deducted the payment post-sale and has since been uncooperative in returning the funds. Initially, they responded to my emails and calls, but now they've gone completely silent, ignoring my attempts to communicate. It's disappointing and frustrating to deal with a management company that lacks transparency and responsiveness, especially when it concerns financial matters. I expected a higher level of professionalism and customer service from BHE Management. I urge potential clients to be cautious and double-check all financial dealings with this company.

I have reached out on many occasions and they either never reply when its a request or question. However, when they notice other peoples trash cans over 20 feet away from my property that is clearly not mine. I receive a letter from them threatening me and advising that I am in breach of the HOA rules and that immediate attention is required or I will be fined! I had them on our other previous property as well and we voted them out and replaced the with a professional company. Lisa is one of the worst persons to deal with at this company as well. Also, one of my neighbor's had multiple issues the BHE as well on there previous home. 1 Star because Google's default settings wont allow me to truly reflect the poor performance of BHE. -3 stars. I am a current board member with Zinnia, a Cypress Village community in Irvine. The experience we had with BHE Management Company led to their direct termination. As a homeowner/board member we understand the need for community involvement, however, where BHE gets this wrong is passing their responsibilities on to the homeowners (consumer). BHE is a service provider that is compensated for such services. Unfortunately, they could not meet the minimum requirements. Their hands-off approach led to various areas of neglect costing the community/homeowners money.
