PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I wouldn’t wish this leasing experience on my worst enemy. Not an iota of professionalism and no respect for my time. I called the office multiple times before I put in my application to ensure I could secure a short term lease. The people in the office had no idea about any of the steps necessary for applying. Everybody I spoke with was completely clueless. For example the “agent” who oversaw the property I was looking to rent was on vacation, and it was unbeknownst to the staff of when he would return. When he did return he wouldn’t come into the office until noon, mind you this place opens at 9am. I finally decided to go into the office myself because after I got approved they wouldn’t let me see a lease but were requiring a full security deposit to move fo

I lived many places and dealt with countless property management companies - this was the worst experience. They basically took the application fee and vanished. I was smart and kept searching. Found another apartment and was approved immediately. They wasted my time. Don't allow them to waste yours.

Scheduled a tour with one of their property managers Bryce at 2544 N Maryland. Bryce did not show for the tour, so we decided to stick around the area given that we made a significant drive out there. He responded an hour and a half later apologizing that he forgot to schedule, and asked if I was still interested. I responded with interest and understanding right away, telling him we were still in the area. He left my message on read and hasn’t followed up since. I had my roommate reach out on a separate account and he responded within a couple hours, scheduling a tour at the same apartment with them. Just to be clear, I had not submitted an application or even met the man before this. I’m disappointed, there was nothing to warrant this total lack of professionalism. Very indicative of h
