Do not do business with these scammers. We agreed on a selling price , 9K, on my property this past September with a 90 day closing. When I inquired about closing in November I was told they could only offer $7500. I renegotiated a price of $8250. They contacted me yesterday and told me they can only offer me $5000 because the supposed builders said the market has changed. Stay as far away from these scammers as possible.
Land sale with B&G was flawless from beginning to end! Overall experience was surprisingly pleasant. Nicole was always helpful, very informative and a pleasure to deal with. She took the time to explain every detail to ensure a smooth closing!
Miguel Lopez is the best. He communicated with me from the beginning to closing. He answered ALL my questions and concerns. I will definitely be conducting business with B&G in the future. Miguel is the man!

They are NOT suppose to contact people on the do NOT call list but do it anyway. They made a low ball offer to me via text. HELL NO!!!! Do NOT contact me again as I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST!
