Deeply Disappointed with Management’s Irresponsible Handling of Ongoing Issues I’ve been a current leaseholder at this community, and I genuinely regret my decision to live here due to the management’s repeated negligence and unprofessional attitude toward tenant concerns. For the past three weeks, a woman has been allowing her dog to defecate right next to my first-floor patio, facing the backside of the building — an area rarely monitored. Despite me reporting this issue immediately, the leasing office only responded responsibly the very first time by sending someone to clean up, which I truly appreciated. The amount of trash on the ground throughout the complex really reinforces the “luxury” feeling. It’s probably a contributing factor for the excessive and well fed roaches I’ve seen. The landscapers just blow the trash around when they mow, often leaving it to pile up at the ends of the hallway. This place has a ridiculous turnover rate for tenants. It’s so bad that without exaggeration, piles of mattresses and left behind furniture are a constant sight, next to the dumpster. Lastly, the grounds often wreak of pot. (if that’s your thing cool, but it paints the picture). All in all, for the “luxury” price versus what you get. I don’t personally think it’s worth it.

Extremely disappointed with the management team and the team here at Bexley Village and how complaints are ignored and disregarded. The community is labeled as “Luxury” but the ongoing trash issue that many have brought to the management team on several occasions seems to be ignored. And the problems are never fixed. The management team will reference the “handbook” when it benefits them to address certain matters, but when “tenants” advise them to reference the “handbook” to fix ongoing issues the matter still go unresolved and ignored. Trash disposal and tenants storing items in the breezeway/common areas for days/weeks is a “HANDBOOK VIOLATION” and has been an issue since moving here and not to mention FIRE HAZARD because it’s blocking access to the stairs!
