Bexley on Main

I currently live at Bexley on Main and have had a really great experience living here. The community is clean, quiet, and consistently well maintained, and it genuinely feels like a comfortable place to come home to. The office staff has always been friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever I’ve had questions, and maintenance has been quick to respond and easy to work with. The grounds and common areas are well kept, which makes the property feel cared for. The location is very convenient to shopping and main roads, but it still feels peaceful, and I feel safe and comfortable living here. Overall, I’m very happy here and would definitely recommend Bexley on Main to anyone looking for a well-run apartment community in Mansfield.

I’ve been seriously looking at a few different apartment communities as I prepare to move to the area, and I have to say my tour at Bexley on Main completely stood out—in the best way. From the moment I arrived, Kaly greeted me with such genuine warmth and enthusiasm. She took the time to really listen to what I was looking for (location, layout preferences, pet-friendly vibe, etc.) and didn’t feel like she was rushing through a script. Shewanda joined us partway through and was equally welcoming—both of them answered every question thoroughly, pointed out thoughtful little details about the community I wouldn’t have noticed on my own, and just made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal rather than sales-y. Honestly the best apartment I’ve lived in! The staff is very friendly and hospitable. They take the time to know their residents, which I have never experienced before and actually surprised me. I never had a major problem in my apartment and if something came up the maintenance took care of it fast! The buildings are well maintained, I really like that even if you forget to change out your air filters every three months they schedule times to come in and change them out for each an every apartment. The pool is always kept clean, I never once saw it dirty even in the winter. I truly loved the gym as well, I utilized it a lot! Another factor I LOVED is the package lockers. I’ve had a great experience with the service at this apartment complex. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and communication has been clear and reliable. It’s obvious they genuinely care about residents and take pride in keeping the community well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

Callie, Daniela and Shawanda, made our experience great here. We visited several places in the area and Bexely on Main gave us a 5 star treatment as we toured the property and all its amenities. From a state of the art weight room, to a semi-private mailing area to a beautiful pool and outdoor area, the Bexely felt like luxury. Immediately Callie and Shawanda made my husband feel greeted and heard when he toured on his own and then Daniela was knowledgeable when we brought our whole family to see the place. Our unit is still being power washed before moving in, which I appreciate the extra effort to make the place as new as possible before we start living there! All in all, you’ll be very welcomed here and likely have a great experience!
