Beverlye Crossing Apartments

One of the worst renting experiences I’ve ever had. The apartment manager only responds when she feels like it, and when she does, it’s often with a bad attitude. She seems to hold grudges against tenants and makes things personal, which is completely unprofessional.There were multiple instances where I was fined for things that made absolutely no sense — no clear explanations, just surprise charges. Her customer service is terrible, and the entire move-in process was unnecessarily delayed and chaotic. If you value good communication, respect, and timely service, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This place was a huge disappointment from the start

Stopped at each location for rental information office was clean and smelled great. The leasing agents were professional and very friendly. Community seems great and very quiet. I am looking forward to applying and becoming a resident

Awful management and awful customer service. Almost two months past move out and have yet to receive my security deposit. Overpriced 1 bedroom apartments where you can hear everything your neighbor does. Way better value apartments in Beverly, stay away.

The manager there doesn't seem to care about what's going on and then hides when you go to the office and knock on the door.
