This housing company is extremely shady and very non-confrontational. You will try to contact them, and they will dodge you for weeks until you annoy them enough to where they will tell you, “We’ll look into it!”. In my residence, we had a light that was not fixed for almost half a year, We constantly communicated that the light needed fixed, but we were ignored. Do not sign a lease with this company or even ask to view one of their residences. They are very poorly maintained, and the management of it is just as bad. Their prices are not worth the headache.
