Betsy is the BEST! We hired her in 2010 when we moved from NJ to MD to help us purchase our first townhome. She helped us get a home we didn’t even think we could get! We knew nothing about the process and she had our backs the whole way. She treated us like her own children buying a home. We were so pleased with her work that we just used her again in 2020 to buy a single family home. Once again we got a dream home thanks to her amazing support and hard work. She is consistent, easy to communicate with, pays attention to details, and truly cares about her clients. We can’t thank her enough!

To say that I am very disappointed would be an under statement. I applied for a rental property through L&F, listing agent Betsy County. This property had been on the market for almost 60 days, so of course I thought that there was minimal to no interest in this property. However, when I viewed it, I asked the agent that I was working with, was there any interest in the property. She stated no, because there were other properties similar to this one in the same area, on the same street, that were listed at a lower rate. I asked this specifically because I have been noticing that agents will collect several application fees with the knowledge that a candidate had already been selected. I also mentioned this concern to the agent. After applying for this property and having to pay twice
