Don’t believe the employee reviews - they DO NOT answer quickly - even when it’s a maintenance request about not having usable water for over a week. They will also show you pictures of one house and when you tour the house it’s not the same, nor has the same features. Charge you for cleaning when you move out (even after paying a professional cleaning company) but let you move into a filthy house that hadn’t been cleaned. The one positive is they don’t bug you much while renting but also won’t help you with the property but instead threaten to keep your entire security deposit if things aren’t 1000% better than when you’d originally moved in. Very friendly staff, and great prices. Homes are affordable and have modern touches, and safety. Impact doors and windows are a must for Florida homes, so my family is safe during any storm. They actually answer your calls and questions. They also give you guided private tours of their homes, and agent was very informative. If you need a rental, this is the place to check out!!!
