Completely incompetent people! They never notified me of my closing (as the seller). I had to find out by the buyer whom luckily I knew personally. At closing, I saw the document for the first time. They were never given to me in advance to have my attorney review. They charged me amounts that couldn’t be explained,

I was not happy it took 11 days after closing to receive my funds on a land contract payoff, then Best Homes Title Agency, LLC shorted me a $45 on some bogus charge. Be very weary with this company.

1/2 star is way more than they deserve! They messed up the closing.
