We were home owners that used them as a management company. Little did we know they didn't do walk thrus. Told tenants if they weren't bothered with repairs and if the tenants did the repairs themselves, rents wouldn't be raised, and generally did nothing for their management fees. We have two houses with over $25,000 worth of damages thanks to these people. DO NOT USE THEM AS YOUR RENTAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY.

First to look and apply. 2 weeks of waiting. Called them was told we had the house it just neeedd inspected and they would call us monday to let us know if it passed and when we could move in. Started packing over the weekend and they called us and told us they gave it somebody else. Royally pissed. Do not suggest.

I am a newly displaced single mother who was looking for a home. They treated me as if I was unworthy because of my circumstances. Never again! Very rude! Went to Keller instead 🤣👏

Their employees like to accuse people of things before checking into it. They to listen to others when they are having an issue even when there is proof. This place is a complete joke and a waste.

This management company has been great to rent from. Prompt on fixing stuff, willing to work with you and just very nice people.
