The property manager here is extremely rude and unprofessional. Something is always wrong the the units and when you call to report the issue, she makes it see like you're bothering her. Everyone complains about her and yet nothing has changed Washer and dryers are always broken. More of a headache then anything. Don't not move here especially with cost, it's not worth it.
What's the lights would be adjusted here at the Berry Tree Apartments because we've been putting work orders in over the internet and the lights at the Berry Tree Apartments 575 Berry Avenue are not adjusted properly porch lights go off too early carport lights go on too late ?
Lived here for a year before buying a condo in the area. Property is well maintained and staff is helpful and friendly
Who ever answered the phone was very rude! I'm sorry if someone is calling a personal business it wouldn't hurt to be nice to someone, it like they don't want anyone to live their! So unprofessional
