I do not advise leasing with this agency. Jeff, one of the managers, is a very questionable businessman and should not be taken seriously. Last month (November 2020), Jeff gave my family and I a tour of an off-campus apartment in Durham, NH and it was the most uncomfortable experience of my life. The apartment was a 2 BDR/1 BA, and the bathroom is on the main floor . Not even two minutes into the tour Jeff announces, "I have to go to the bathroom, excuse me for just one minute". He doesn't even close the bathroom door (leaves it slightly cracked) and begins to take a fat number 2. He sits there with the door cracked open for at least 25 minutes while my parents & I wait in the living room just standing in the foul odor. The landlords here are unprofessional and basically just want to take your money and run with it. My 2 roommates and I lived here for only a year and the landlords sawed a hole in our wall claiming to be looking for a washer and dryer leak when we first moved in...by the end of the year they still had not fixed it. We were deducted ridiculous fees after moving out and did not receive our full security deposit even though the place looked exactly as it did when we moved in. Please if you are looking for somewhere to live do not give your money to these people!!!

Terrible terrible landlord. One room in the apartment my friend stayed at had two walls that were completely compromised due to water damage, the landlord said he would come and fix it but never did. In the winter the place could not be kept warm due to the poor insulation. You could feel the cold air streaming into the apartment. do not live here.

Jeff is awful at getting things fixed. Our window fell out of the sill 43 days ago, and despite freqently bugging him about it the window is still broken. There has been mice in the walls, a carbon monoxide leak, cockroaches, and somehow the rent is going up next year! JEFF CAN YOU FIX THE WINDOW PLEASE!!

Jeff and Dana are fantastic down to earth people with a good sense of community. I have referred many friends to their business who have never had any complaints. Reliable and always attentive.
