Very rude leasing agents, money hungry unnecessary charges through out stay, doesn’t accommodate tenants.

I would give a negative if possible. Unreasonable rude look down on people. Unprofessional they do what they want with your money in their pay portal paid rent a day early made arrangements to pay on arears they took the money applied it to arears and said im late for the month they didnt answer mediate milwaukee and say they work with rent assistance but refuse payment its crazy! Update now 2/13/24 my apartment burned on the 8th I keep asking for rent reimbursement this lady says my rent is lost to the owner what crazzzzy. in a situation like this they don't want to give me my rent back a portion, a credit, something for a place I am not able to live in.... my rent is lost and my renters insurance should cover it, that has nothing to do with my rent I paid to Berkahire, to do this at th

Would leave zero stars if I could. Maintenance is done halfway. Communication with tenants is rude and short. They have entered my apartment without permission and notice. They change rules as they see fit and don’t care to follow their own lease. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Nanette (in the office) has the worst attitude and clearly only cares about a paycheck, not about the livelihood of their tenants. Black mold has been found ins ever all spots of the building, and I haven’t even lived here a year so it’s clearly been a problem before moving in. Ceiling leaks every time it rains too hard. Noise can be heard from all other apartments at all hours of the night. Front door to building gets left propped open daily with no repercussions to the tenants breaking the lease. 0/10 recommend.

Best experience I've ever had with a rental company! I've rented from them for three years and I've never had any issues. Maintenance responds quick and the women in the office are very friendly!

Terrible customer service, excessively punitive and privacy intrusive lease agreements. This company is the worst property management company I’ve ever dealt with, and I wouldn’t recommend these people to my worst enemy.
