Berkshire Hathaway Park City is excellent - the agents I have worked with are all very educated on the current market, extremely responsive, and care about their clients best interest. This brokerage is super well networked throughout all of Utah which allows for a wealth of information. Many times, because Berkshire Hathaway is over a lot of major developments, they have information first. I highly recommend working with or for this brokerage. You will not be disappointed!

Do not recommend, based on our experience with Rick Shand and Tracey Jaret. Incredibly sloppy & unprofessional representation on a sale, with not even an apology for their oversight that allowed for a lopsided deal. Other real estate professionals we've consulted with in Park City thought it was shameful they did not even bother to contact us after we voiced our concerns.
