My experience with Christina Larson has been incredibly disappointing, both financially and emotionally. I provided Christina Larson with a $2,700 cashier’s check as a deposit for a rental property. After reviewing the lease, I became extremely uncomfortable with how invasive her terms were — including quarterly inspections where Christina Larson would enter the home to check appliances and assess cleanliness. This felt like a serious invasion of privacy, and I made the decision to back out. When I informed Christina Larson, she refused to return the cashier’s check. To this day, I am unsure whether the check was cashed or if she’s simply holding onto it, but either way, I’ve been left in financial limbo. This is just some house flippers from my experience. Constantly texting and harrassing me when I am on a "NO CALL LIST". It's illegal for real estate agents to text you constantly about buying your home if you're on the Do Not Call list, especially if they are doing so without your prior consent.  Repeated, unsolicited texts violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The TCPA regulates telemarketing calls and texts, requiring prior express consent for most marketing communications. Even if you're not on the Do Not Call list, receiving constant, unsolicited texts from a real estate agent is a violation of the TCPA if you haven't provided consent for them to contact you. maybe it is time to consult with an attorney about potential legal action. Ravi Oad is the best in the business he makes sure all my housing needs and what I’m looking for in the house is met even if he has to crawl the desert he’ll find it. He’s good. Worst experience. Wes Perry had the listing for 90 days & couldn’t get job done… Gave himself a higher commission then the buyers realtor. Offered to help with costs of remodel which he hired a friend for $5000 and then tells me he can’t afford it and sticks me with the whole bill. Wouldn’t release my contract after the 90 days, while sneaking in a 90 day hold over. Shady car salesman stunts dishonest and no clue what’s he’s doing … Finally gets me a termination letter tells me not to contact him ever again … my pleasure. Waste of time and money …
