My wife and I returned back home to Oregon and after a few years of marriage decided to buy our first home together. We hoped this would be a joyous and memorable experience. It was memorable alright; but for all the wrong reasons. One of our agents was terrible at communication and did not have our interests or our intentions in mind. Always followed up with “I didn’t know”. Here’s to hoping she does know for the next home buyer or seller for we didn’t get that luxury.

Catherine Shipley will not respond to my agent or myself. This place is a scam. She is working against the interest of buyers. Catherine is the only contact with the seller we were provided. She failed to coordinate with the sellers to fix my gutters and rotting trim board as agreed to by sellers in the purchase of my home. This has caused water to pool up against my home due to the bad gutters and now is leaking into my crawlspace. Scammers. That says it all. You will be hearing further from me.

I wish I could give 100 stars. J.T Berk is hands down the best agent on the planet. We had J.T. As our agent on the sale of the family farm and he was amazing. This was not easy as there was challenge after challenge. J.T. Handled every bump with honestly and integrity. No one works harder or goes the extra mile more than J.T. If you use anyone else you are getting second best. J.T. rocks!

It became pretty obvious our buyer's agent was working against our interests, which has cost us thousands. Not particularly surprising though in what I believe to be one of the worst industries in America. I had hoped that Berkshire Hathaway would raise the bar, but saw no improvement.
