I rented the property 1016 Landis Ave North Sea Isle Oct 1-5, 2025. The property was not cleaned from the previous tenant, floors were dirty with food parcels, and the dishwasher had an odor because it was full of dirty dishes and never washed. The sink in the bathroom would not drain and it took over an hour for the hot water to come on in the kitchen sink. The trash was never taken out from the previous rental and when we arrived the trash was all over the garage floor. We had to deal with maggots both in the trash cans and on the garage floor. We went into the realtors office and told them about the maggots and expected someone to clean the garage but no one came. Our group rented 1016 Landis Ave North in Sea Isle 10/1-5, 2025. It was apparent that no cleaning inspection had taken place after the last guests had checked out: we arrived to dirty/unswept floors (including food bits!), clogged drain in the powder room, dirty/stinky dishes left in the dishwasher, and reeking garbage in the outdoor trash bins and on the garage floor. Maggots and critters were having a field day so we took the garbage to the dump ourselves. Even after informing the realtor at Berkshire Hathaway Fox and Roach in Sea Isle, no cleaning or other support was offered.
