Renting from Sea Isle Realty was super stressful. They leased an uninhabitable house for the summer with no back door, black mold, mosquitoes, leaking ceilings, etc. We were informed by other reality companies, (unfortunately too late) that they do not rent that place. When we reached out to them for help, our realtor acted like she didn’t care. She was not responsive unless I followed up and she acted like it was no big deal that we were expected to live in filth, mold and bugs. She refused to see pictures or come look at the property. She deflected and was defensive on any questions / comments I had. Not sure what their job is as they made it more difficult. It was a lot of stress and effort to figure out the situation and ruined the summer, even though we paid over 11k to live there f

Not a good company culture. Their staff was cleaning the house next door to ours and parked in our driveway :-( The car was moved after we asked, and a supervisor arrived soon after, parked illegally, and when I told him what happened all he said was “ok”. I asked that they not do that going forward and he finally apologized, but with an attitude. The one star reflects these two individuals. I can’t speak for the rest of the company. Maybe they’ll provide feedback here.

After renting a house and putting down payment in January I was called in march and told the house was double booked so we needed to find another house. Since not much left to choose from it took some time to get a new house. Only to find this house had mold where water and ice comes out so we had to buy water and ice to use. No blinds on upstairs windows so every night you felt like everyone could see right in especially neighbors next door. There was a sign that said don’t touch ac temp but with no blinds you expect people not to turn ac cooler? One bed that my adult daughter and husband slept on was actually a cot. ZERO Stars - I rented a property for my family and there was another family in the rental when we arrived. The owner finally got them out but couldn't get the place clean. My 70+ year old mother and I cleaned the place into the night. What a lovely way to spend your first night at the shore! I asked for a refund for one night worth over $500 and was given a $100 gift card. Gee thanks for nothing!! I dealt with 3 brokers on the awful journey and all of them are just a bunch of liars and thieves keeping with the Good Ole Jersey Shore philosophy of take 'em for all they got while you got 'em captive.

We had numerous issues with renters… damage, missing items etc. We asked SI to contact the renters to determine who may have done these things do that an insurance claim could be filed. They were very reluctant to do so. Not even certain they did. They could have offered to reimburse me on their own but of course they didn’t.Be advised that their vetting of renters is minimal if not non existent. And if you have an issue… They really don’t care.
