This review is for all of the employees at Farina & Boeshe especially our favorite realtor Lee Browning. We bought our home from her 5 years ago and just sold the home with her in 2025. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the buying/selling of a home. Very professional service because you deal with Lee not an entire team of different people. We really appreciate the hard work, constant communication and overall just an easy process!! I highly recommend her!

Extremely disappointed in service I received from Dee at Farina & Boeshe and the landlord she represents who owns 373 44th Street West Sea Isle City NJ. Rented house for (2) weeks to spend a nice and relaxing vacation with my husband/kids and to celebrate my dad's 79th birthday. Checked in to house only to find that house had not been cleaned after prior tenants left. Bathrooms were left un sanitized where Hair, dust and soap scum was left in all bathrooms after use from prior tenants along with dirty smelly bath mats and dust that was so thick on all of the baseboards, walls, cabinetry and doors that my elderly father couldn't stay in house for more than a few hours at a time without constantly sneezing! I have only worked with Barbara and Roxanne for about 10 years, and many others during my 25 years of renting in Sea Isle. I have too many incidences of them going over and above for services before and after and during rentals ( several weeks over 2-3 times a season) each year...one involved my 92 year old mother, the loud fan in the bathroom was made worse with her hearing aids, I spotted her combing her hair without the light/fan on and actually crying on our first day. Farina and Boeshe had it fixed within 2 hours. They are absolutely the best on the island. If I see a listing I want that is not on their website I call Farina and Boeshe and they have always been able to accomplish handling my request. My family had to make some last minute changes to our vacation plans, and Dawn was extremely helpful! We were very pleased with her assistance and even more happy that everything worked out. Keep up the great work!
