I purchased a ranch through Anita Dolan and what a great experience it was. Her follow through was beyond any expectations I could imagine. The week before we were to close a rare once in every 500 year flood happened and two homes on the ranch were effected. I received a call about the flood on our way to Montana for our closing. We hired Maya Burton to sell my mom’s home in the heights. While ultimately the house sold after we did a $40K price reduction we would never recommend Maya or Berkshire. The day prior to our closing we were told the our buyer’s buyer’s funding fell through and she would not be able to close without getting a bridge loan. We ended up closing several weeks later when our buyer “acquired her bridge loan.” However, we found out the day of closing that there was no bridge loan, our buyer’s buyer just needed more time to get their funding in order. None of this was communicated to us as I learned the truth when I spoke to the title company the day of closing.
