Rent at your own risk. I would not rent from them ever again. Have very bad attitudes and bad communication. Wasn't even two months behind, property wasn't damaged but the lied about one door knob that we never damaged any door knobs. Wouldn't fix my air until rent was caught up with an adult having a disability & a child had asthma in the home, never had any legal troubles in the resident. Evicted me on a Friday and told me I had to be gone on Monday with all the furniture and clothes we had it was no way it could have been done by the grace of God I got it done. Even had ants entering my apartment from the wall and rug was told it's no issue we have them coming in our office as well. I am very happy with my apartment and how they handled an emergency issue when I was locked out of apartment. I was having an awful day and they had someone here to get me out of the cold within 15 minutes. My previous landlord never would have gone out of their way to help like that. I am very happy renting a Bequette property and happy with the professionalism.

Do NOT rent from these people!! I had mold in my house and I wanted it to be tested to make sure it wasn’t black mold because that’s what it looked like and my son was in the hospital at 6 months old with bilateral bronchiolitis for a week. They told me to KEEP HIM OUT OF THAT ROOM, mold is airborne idiots!!! Not to mention I gave them a months notice that I was moving out and they kept my deposit plus CHARGED me $135 for expenses of “fixing holes in the wall” I have pictures of every inch of that house to show there were no holes!!!! I had a silverfish problem and called them they told me...and I quote, “go to Walmart” I paid for an exterminator MYSELF because chemicals at Walmart are not safe for children and I had 2. Betsy at the office made the experience wonderful. Me and my family was new to the area and she helped make it home for us! She's never changed , stayed the same to the end. When we had to relocate to be closer to my daughter in college. Your the BEST, Betsy!!!

DO NOT RENT from this place. They are nothing more than slimy slum lords who operate illegally. All my daughters mail was forwarded to my address. However, all her mail that was sent before the forwarded date, they kept for a month. Even opening her mail, and then retapping it. This is how pathetic, immature, and unprofessional these people are. Betsy decided to hold my daughter mail for over a month and then proceeded to write bulling messages to her on the back of several pieces of her mail! I have pictures of these things and am trying to figure out how to attach for you to see.
