This review is my personal experience with Deirdre. I am only posting facts and no emotions to remain as professional as I can. From the beginning of the tour, the property manager did not greet us or introduce herself. During the walkthrough, my partner asked about another available property, and she interrupted him and stated, “That’s one of our more upscale properties and you guys barely qualified for THIS one,” in a dismissive and condescending tone. This comment felt inappropriate and unnecessary, especially as prospective tenants. Regardless of qualification status, applicants should be treated respectfully and professionally. Beware, the landlord Dierdre won’t respond to issues, lies about about being able to hang things from the walls and will tell you maintenance paints a fresh coat for each new tenant then when you move out charge you $350 to re-paint and charge for new carpet $250. I have my own video to show how clean and neat I left my apartment and will be taking ELS to small claims court. Money hungry will do anything to keep your deposit. I have nothing against els other than els will outbid a family looking for a home just so they can rent it for an astronomical amount. There apartments in the Warrenton area are quite pricey too. Just as much as a mortgage.

After cleaning and repairing our apartment. This company tried to charge us $1400 for damaged that existed when we moved in. Instead of sending a bill to our new address they sent us straight to collections. These people are dirty thieves.

We were upfront being hesitant on the application process because of my partners credit history. And was told with our income and my good credit we would be good to go and to go ahead and apply. Well... they lied. It was a waste of our time. Our resources, and money. Don't waste yours.
