This company is by far the most responsive organization I have had the pleasure to work with! I've work with thousands of organizations and there are few that I can say go far above and beyond. Tom Wurdack is amazing. His aptitude and attention to detail is beyond what I expected. To have someone anticipate the actions to come and proactively handle them prior to my knowledge is astounding. I will use this company again and again!

After being disparaged and berated by Rich because he did not know how to read CaseNet on my dissolution case, he then accused me and my lender of being liars. I find that this type of behavior neither displays professionalism nor a desire to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the end result. Additionally, the front office seemed indifferent that I was interested in switching companies due to the lack of professionalism and rude behavior displayed by their employee. It is my assessment that they do not need my business nor anyone else's who desires to be treated courteously.
