Benson Village Apartments

We’ve been living here for almost a year now and my family love it here for many reasons . Primarily, it’s because it’s safer environment here. My children plays sports and they come home late for practices/games but I feel safe knowing there's security patrol to ensure safety of residents and they use high voltage light outside so it’s pretty bright around the area. Secondly, maintenance personnel are so quick to fix issues/damages and it’s usually done in the same day. They are so polite and respectful when entering units. They kept our community clean all the time. To be honest , I don’t see any trash outside at all. Management always have fun activities and treats for residents to enjoy. In addition, there’s a lot of parking spaces available for those night shift workers that worries

I’ve lived here for a year and it’s been a really nice place. The market is right next door, the freeway is just down the street, and the tenants are friendly and quiet. You’ll see kids playing outside during the summer, which brings a nice community feel. I definitely renewed my lease.

I am living here at BLD (11) since 2023I highly recommend this place, Leasing office stuff are very professional and friendly, good behavior, on time maintenance, huge parking space for those who have 2 or 3 cars, good neighbors, on time response from leasing office totally lovely place

I’m very disappointed with Benson Village Apartments. When I moved out, they charged me an unreasonable amount for cleaning and other fees, even though I left the apartment in good condition. It feels like they look for any excuse to take more money from tenants. After paying high rent every month, this was extremely unfair. I would not recommend this place to anyone — be careful before you sign a lease here.

Had the best experience at Benson Village! They made moving in so easy and seamless! Gianna and Tammy are wonderful - always very responsive and helpful.
